How long do I have to make changes once my order is placed?

You have a very short window to make changes after placing your order.

Most orders begin processing after 1 hour after submission.
After processing starts, changes can no longer be guaranteed and will depend on the current status of your order.
Once your order has been printed, changes are no longer possible and any corrections will require a reprint (which may involve additional cost).

Tip: Double-check all details — including spelling, images, and options — before you click “Place Order.” Downloading the high-resolution PDF proof from the editor can help you catch mistakes early.

You can login to My Account and check your order status. If the order has not entered production, you can click the "Edit Item" link and make changes yourself. If this link is not present, your order has already been processed.

Alternatively, please contact us right away if you need changes to an order already placed.
