There’s a mistake on my order. Can it be reprinted?
We understand mistakes happen. Here’s how we handle reprints:
Free Reprint (Our Error)
If the mistake was caused by us (such as a printing or production error), we will promptly reprint your order free of charge.
50% Reprint (Customer Error)
If the mistake was on your end, we can reprint the item at 50% of the original cost.
Customer errors include:
- Spelling, grammar, or typography mistakes
- Uploading low-quality or low-resolution images (below 300 dpi)
- Choosing the wrong product, design template, quantity, paper stock, or finishing options
- Incorrect placement, positioning, or sizing of text or uploaded images
How to Request a Reprint
If there is an error in your order, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account using the Account icon at the top right of the homepage, or go to My Account > Orders.
- Find the affected order in your list and expand it.
- Click the “Problem With This Item?” link next to the item that has the issue.
- Choose a reason (such as “Shortage” or “Damaged”) from the first dropdown menu, then describe the problem in the text field.
- If possible, take photo(s) of the problem and attach them using the “Add a Photo” button. Photos help our support team resolve your issue quickly.
- Click Submit.

Tip: Always double-check spelling, image quality, and design placement in the editor before placing your final order. Downloading the high-resolution PDF proof (available in the editor) can help catch most errors early.
