What is an account credit and how do I use it?
Account credits are funds issued to your account that can be applied toward a new order purchase. This article explains how to view, manage, and use your credits at checkout.
What is an account credit and how do I use it?
An account credit is a dollar amount stored in your account that can be applied to a future order to reduce your total. Account credits:
- Can be used toward a new order purchase.
- May be used one at a time or combined (multiple credits) on a single order.
- Do not have to be used on every order—you can choose when to apply them.
- Do expire, and each credit has its own expiration date.
- Cannot be used to pay a past due balance.
- Cannot be refunded back to you as cash or to your original payment method.
How do I view my account credits?
Sign into your My Account page to determine if you have an account credit available. You must be logged in to view and redeem your account credits. Once signed in, you can see your credits and their expiration dates in your Wallet.
- Click the Profile icon at the top right of the site.
- Select Wallet from the dropdown menu.
- Click View Account Balance to see all of your available credits.
- Go to Wallet & Payments in your account to view each credit and its expiration date.
Open the account dropdown and Select "Wallet" to access your account balance and credits.
How do I use my account credits on an order?
You must be logged in to redeem your account credits. Once you are signed in, you can apply one or multiple credits during checkout on a new order.
- Add your items to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Log in to your account if you are not already logged in.
- When prompted, select Apply Credit or choose which credits to use.
- The credit amount will be deducted from your order total before you submit payment.
There is no minimum order required to use your credits. You can also choose not to apply your credit and save it for a future order.
Do account credits expire and can I use more than one?
Yes, account credits do expire. Each credit has its own expiration date, which you can see in your Wallet & Payments section. You can apply one or multiple valid credits to a single order, as long as they have not expired.
Check your Wallet regularly so you can use your credits before they expire.
