Can I see a proof of my customization before it is printed?
Yes. There are two easy ways to review your design before we print it:
1. Digital Proof (Fastest Option)
- While designing in our editor, you see an exact layout of your customized product in browser resolution.
- For a high-resolution PDF proof, click the Download icon in the left toolbar inside the editor.
Tip: Downloading the high-resolution PDF is the quickest way to check your final design without any delay.
2. Printed Proof
We recommend ordering a custom printed sample if you want to see the exact paper, colors, and finish. Samples usually arrive within about 7 business days.
How to order a printed sample:
- Customize your product in the editor.
- Click Add to Cart.
- On the cart/review page, change the quantity to “Qty 1 Sample”.
Note: Personalized samples are not available on all products. If you don’t see the sample option, it is not offered for that item.
3. Request a Digital Proof to be delivered via Email
You can also request digital proof by email before production begins:
- Before adding to cart: In the “Special Order Instructions (Optional)” box, type: “Please send a digital proof for approval.”
- Or after adding to cart: Click “Add Special Instructions” and request the proof there.
Once requested:
- We will email the digital proof to the email address on your account.
- Your order will be placed on hold until you approve the proof or request changes.
- Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.
- Follow the instructions in the email to approve or ask for revisions.
Important: Requesting a proof will delay your production time until you approve it.
Additional Note
All phone orders automatically receive a digital proof for approval.
Best Practice: Use the high-resolution PDF download inside the editor to review your design quickly and avoid unnecessary delays.
