I liked the many design options to choose from. It was easy enough to edit and personalize the card I selected. The instructions on how to upload addresses was not clear (a picture of a sample would be beneficial). Our order arrived missing 11 addressed and stamped cards/envelopes. When I contacted customer support, I had to reiterate multiple times what I was missing. The representative was not understanding what the problem was and we went back and forth several times. I finally had to spell out 'look at the attachment and compare it to my original order' before I got anywhere with getting my order rectified. I received the missing 11 cards/envelopes, but they didn't come stamped, which I had paid for. I did receive an updated invoice showing the postage credit, however after receiving that updated invoice, the company mailed an invoice that did not show the credit. Having multiple invoices sent was confusing. Having multiple invoices sent with the wrong amount due, was frustrating. I really had to stay on top of my documentation with this company. The overall price of the product and product itself I like, the service was not great. I'm not sure if I'll order from here again because of this.
