Product Description

Beautiful silver ornaments with intricate designs hang against a red background with silver snowflake accents. One of the ornaments is a circular die-cut that provides a window to the silver-colored interior of the card. With this die-cut, you can showcase your company name or logo. The back of the card is also red with silver star accents.

So, to me, how a company handles mistakes speaks worlds about them. I ordered these pretty early in November and they arrived quickly but my logo was slightly off-center in the cut out. Called them up; they immediately fixed it (they were super quick to get it corrected and back to me). Unfortunately, the same thing happened with the second batch (slightly off in a different direction) - shot them an email and, with apologies again, they immediately fixed it. Very quick turnaround with each correction. I'm still giving a really high rating because the final product is excellent, looks really impressive, and the customer service was stellar. Quality control could be a little more on their game but the customer service reps made up for it. I may not order the cutout style if it's a last-minute purchase - just to be safe - but otherwise I do plan to purchase again.

Our cards turned out really well. Very convenient to have our signatures added and envelopes addressed. Minor issues with random envelopes not being self-sealing.

Our logo is not centered in middle of the cut out. Paper is not colored uniformly.
