When I initially placed the order, there was somewhat of a problem navigating the system online and the response from different order reps, which resulted in my not being satisfied with the order and disappointed with the service I had received. I made them aware of my dilemma and they agreed to work with me to resolve it. The Customer Service Specialist, Lynell Brown, went over and beyond her duties to make sure that the issue with our order was corrected and that we were happy with the results. I knew all along that Cardsdirect had the best selection of sympathy cards, but now, I am even more convinced that they specialize in Excellent Customer Support and Satisfaction.
