There is a gold double border that contrasts with the navy blue background. The inside of the card is reserved for customization with the option of choosing a pre-written verse or expressing your own sentiments. The back of the card has the same navy blue background found on the front of the card. This card is truly stunning on the designer recommended paper stock, Ice Pearl Metallic.

The custom message inside was correct, the card stock is a nice thickness, along with the envelope. I was so happy to see that the envelope had the adhesive strip - no licking the enveloped!!? I've ordered from CardsDirect before, and they have always delivered!
