THE INSCRIPTION WAS INCORRECT. HOWEVER, I CALLED THE ASSOCIATE AT CARDSDIRECT AND SHE SENT ME THE NEW CARDS AT NO CHARGE. THAT IS WHY I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR 9 YEARS. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
