Cards Direct is very easy to work with. Orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Their staff offer good customer service. Only once have we encountered an error in our order and that was rectified quickly by Cards Direct. Their pricing and selection are both competitive.

Previously I had ordered birthday cards for our staff from a different company. I was disappointed to discover the low quality of the products. Cards Direct offered a wide variety of cards. I was very pleased to see how much customization was available. In addition the quality of the cards was fantastic. They are sturdy, glossy, and beautiful.
